Dr. Hu serves patients desiring Latisse® treatment at Valencia Plastic Surgery in Valencia, Santa Clarita, and surrounding areas of California.

What Is Latisse® in Santa Clarita?

Latisse® is the only FDA-approved product indicated to treat hypotrichosis of the eyelashes by increasing their growth. Eyelash hypotrichosis is another name for having inadequate or not enough eyelashes. Latisse® solution is a prescription treatment for hypotrichosis used to grow eyelashes, making them longer, thicker, and darker.

How Does Latisse® Work in Santa Clarita?

Latisse® is believed to affect the growth (anagen) phase of the eyelash hair cycle in twoways: first, it increases the length of this phase, and second, it increases the number of hairs in this growth phase. The onset of effect with Latisse® solution is gradual. In a clinical trial, the majority of Latisse® users saw a significant improvement within two months.
