Dr. Hu serves patients desiring Latisse® treatment at Valencia Plastic Surgery in Valencia, Santa Clarita, and surrounding areas of California.
Latisse® is the only FDA-approved product indicated to treat hypotrichosis of the eyelashes by increasing their growth. Eyelash hypotrichosis is another name for having inadequate or not enough eyelashes. Latisse® solution is a prescription treatment for hypotrichosis used to grow eyelashes, making them longer, thicker, and darker.
Latisse® is believed to affect the growth (anagen) phase of the eyelash hair cycle in twoways: first, it increases the length of this phase, and second, it increases the number of hairs in this growth phase. The onset of effect with Latisse® solution is gradual. In a clinical trial, the majority of Latisse® users saw a significant improvement within two months.

We're going virtual! In light of the new state-wide guidelines we will we will not be performing surgery for the time being, although we still will be seeing all current patients that need followup post-surgery visits. We will be scheduling surgery for the future when we anticipate the quarantine will be lifted. In the meantime we are available by phone and email and we will be performing virtual consultations for all new patients. As well as contacting patients over the next week as needed to reschedule, and keeping folks updated via our website and social media on any changes. We will continue to see any current patients needing care in our office. Please contact us to set up your virtual consultation.
